Managing Editor
CHALLENGE
Shepherd a project through the editorial process with both an editorial eye and a project manager's organizational skills
CLIENT PROFILE
Clients are typically organizations with a large project to work on, such as a magazine or newsletter, who want to outsource to a senior leader who can provide direction and manage a small team. We collaborate so that clients can be as hands-on or off as they wish, while maintaining confidence that the project will be completed to a high standard.
PROCESS
Save communications teams time with as much collaboration as they need, beginning with a kickoff meeting to determine project audiences and goals, then workback schedules and clear milestones to set a project in motion. Scope can include devising editorial themes and assigning to managing editorial schedules with designers and other collaborators. Substantive editing, copy editing and editorial workflow are included.
